Tabby Tuesday with Jewel

I bought the babies a tree on Sunday. So far, Carmine and Jewel hang out on the lowest level occasionally. Milita doesn't seem too interested in it yet. Nobody's gone past the lower level. I moved the tree over by the couch where they might like it better. I also sprayed it with catnip mist, so we'll see if that gets anyone using it more.

    It's nice to see Jewel today! And we hope they all start using the cat tree. We're sure they will once they see how fun it is!

    We hope they discover the joys of the top level soon! Can you place it in front of a window, if it's not already? That's the best spot! :-)

    Jewel looks bright eyed, we wonder what she is listening to?

    A new tree can take a while to break in. If an ape offered us a treat to try a new thing out, we'd probably be even keener to try it.

    Our weekend was spent in earthy wallows in the garden, in the sunshine but out of the chilly wind

    when I first got MY tree (mother's day a year ago) it took several weeks before I would get up on it. Mommy sprayed it and also rubbed catnip into it. It worked eventually.

    Where is the cat tree? I bet if you put it by a window, the crew will be hanging out on the higher levels!

    We do not have a tree, but we do have
    carpeted shelves on a wall, and we like them :)
    We had a good weekend too as it was sunny :)

    Can't believe they haven't taken to their tree, especially with catnip mist on it. Maybe you need the real thing. Do you have a window where you could place it adjacent.     We hope the kitties start checking out those upper tree levels soon. Maybe you could place it by a window to encourage them?
