Opt to Adopt Carrot

Carrot

MaxFund
Denver, CO

I don't usually feature adoptable kittens on my blog simply because they usually get adopted very quickly and don't need help finding homes.  But this is a special case.

Carrot was found as a stray kitten along with her brothers and sisters when she made her way to MaxFund.  Carrot is a playful kitten, and she really loves attention.  She enjoys running around and having chats with people before she settles down for a nap in your lap.

So why has nobody taken this sweet, adorable kitten home?

Carrot has a heart murmur.  Her profile doesn't state what grade her murmur is, but it doesn't sound like it is terrible.  MaxFund states in her profile that heart murmurs are common in cats, but that her new people will need to know about it for her medical history.

Won't you go and visit this cute kitten?  You can find her at MaxFund, located at 720 W. 10th Avenue in Denver, CO.  You can also find out more information about her by calling the shelter at 303-595-0192.

  2. She is a cutie- what an unusual name for a cat that is not orange. I hope she gets a forever home soon. I have several with murmurs an it is usually not a big deal.

  6. Carrot is adorable! We sure hope somebody adopts her soon. Heart murmurs aren't always bad. Moosey has one, but it is mild.

  7. Love her name, and it's quite odd that a little one wasn't adopted quickly. I really don't know why - she's precious. Hoping she finds her forever, loving family soon.
