Milita is back here at home now, resting comfortably in her soft bed. She was a little angry with me (her mommy) earlier, but she doesn't seem to be angry anymore. :) She didn't have to have any extractions done, so she was able to keep all of her teeth, yay!!
The vet sent us home with some antibiotics to prevent infection. She said Milita won't like the antibiotics, which she has to start later :( If you could continue to send purrs and purrayers Milita's way, we would appreciate it.
How is everyone doing? We're sorry we haven't made the rounds in a while. We plan to visit everyone very soon!
Ugh. First the dental work, now the antibiotics? You better have those treats all lined up!
ReplyDeleteSo glad she didnt have to lose any teeth! Antibiotics... how fun. The only way I can get pills in Star is to embed them in brawnschwiger. She'd eat a hippo if it were embedded in brawnschwiger! Or ham, but it's harder to embed anything in ham..
ReplyDeleteGood luck and purrs!
We're happy she didn't need any extractions, but really don't see the need for the antibiotics without any. We're lucky to have a vet whose not AB-happy. LOL. BTW. we've each had multiple extractions (Nicki 8 and Derry 9) and know THAT'S not fun!
ReplyDeleteBTW, we just got a couple of blogs' backlogged posts all at once in Google Reader, yours being one. So we didn't know about the dental!
Oh I'm sorry your baby had to go through the dental cleaning...anesthesia makes me very nervous. But I am glad she did not have to have extractions done and she is back home resting :-)
ReplyDeleteWe are sending purrs and prayers for Milita!
We're glad to hear all went well for Milita.

ReplyDeleteHooray! We are glad Milita is back home! We'll keep on purring and praying, for sure!
